Japan, deployed their system over two months ago... still having issues and all their support says is that it’s something to do with our network... we followed their guidelines we use Cisco equipment... It’s affecting our business but they don’t seem to care whether there’s any customer satisfaction or not..unbelievable... Beware, they will sell it to you but if it doesn’t work they don’t seem to care!!
