This company is wonderful. They are very professional, and very particular about their work. They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. I am delighted to recommend them highly.
Unprofessional. Talked to John on the phone about the work I wanted done and he sent me some pics of the work he'd done, so I set an appointment for him to come measure and provide an estimate. He decided to not show up and didn't bother to call to let me know he wasn't coming. I have no time for people like that. I understand people get busy, have too much work, or simply can't make an appointment for all sorts of reasons. There is no excuse for not calling to let me know he wasn't going to show up.
Broadneck Glass came to my home and explained the entire process in detail far more then any of the other 3 companies i called. They did a great job and i love my new shower.
Our kids broke our basement window last weekend playing ball outside so we were in a hurry to get this repaired. We contacted Broadneck Glass and they came out the next morning and repaired the window. Extremely friendly and did a fantastic job!! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of glass repair!!
