The experience in talking with them wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. When we first moved in almost a year ago, the bedroom light didnt work and the faucet in the bathroom sink doesnt work either. Been here almost a year and it still doesnt work after repeated attempts to let them know. They have screwed us over every month regarding rent since we moved in. We take rent in within the allowed time frame where they tell you there will be no repercussions, but they hold on the money orders and checks for weeks after it was taken in and then try to take you to court for late payments.
