First dental office, that I dont mind making regular appointments. Or emergency appointments for that matter. Greeted like you are one of the family. And the staff listen and do everything in their power to help financially and emotionally. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Buckley. He is incredibly honest and transparent, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. His kindness and patience truly stand out, he takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure you understand your options. From the moment I walked into this establishment, it felt different than previous offices I have been to. It was beautiful and clean. The ladies at reception were so welcoming and professional. I mentioned a phobia of the dentist and that my brother had referred me to this clinic. Once I spoke with Lance, I felt much more calm and relaxed. I brought my mother who suffers from dimensia to have a few teeth pulled. Dr. Buckley put all my worries and concerns to rest. He was so charming, comforting and had her giggling in the chair. All his staff were so accomadating and helpful with her wheel chair assisting her in and out of his chair. I Would highly reccomend Dr Buckley for all patients, but for our elderly againg parents- he is the best. Patient and kind, Thank You Broadmoor Dental.
Terrible experience here. Plenty of better dentists in the area.
