The move in process is so efficient. The manger is so helpful and nice! She really cares. The common areas are always kept up, and very quiet and pleasant. I really love it here!
I lived at this property for about a year. Around the time I moved, the property was sold-I didn’t find this out for several months. I am STILL waiting on my security deposit. I can’t get an answer to when it will be sent. I was told it’s in ‘limbo’. Per my leasing contract, I should have received it within 1 month. It’s been about 4 months. It’s a shame. I liked living there, and I was a good tenant.
Best Value Bloomington has to offer. If you want a well managed complex that does what they say they are then this is the place to you. After a couple of bad experiences at other places in the area I can confidentially say this is the place to be.
I’ve had a really positive experience living in this building. The property is well maintained, clean, and overall very comfortable. The staff and management team have always been helpful and attentive, and they’re quick to respond if anything is needed. It’s a well run building and you can tell they care about the residents and keeping the property in good shape. The atmosphere is friendly and easygoing, which makes it a great place to live.
