This apartment complex sucks due to the management. The manager is RUDE. They don't care about any issues that you have. You're definitely better off renting elsewhere.
I have lived at Paddock Park for several years and it has been a great experience. My kids love the pool area but my favorite part is the athletic center - it's hard to find an apartment complex that offers this service for free. It really is a beautiful community, the staff is friendly, and the apartments are nice.
People are noisy.The apartment needs renovation.Rent is sky high .Room sizes are small.There are reports of theft .Find some better place to stay peacefully.
