The rent is cheap but in this case 'you get what you pay for.' First of all the apartment was infested with roaches BEFORE we moved in as well as the empty apartment next door which also needed insecticide treatment to help resolve the problem. Management was slow to act to when we had a water leak in the bathroom and in the hallway. Therefore mold became an issue because the carpet was not cleaned as promised.
