I am a long time resident. They are timely with my maintenance request. Also, very friendly when I visit the office.
I’ve enjoyed living at Broadmoor. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The people in the community seem to be nice. Anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been resolved right away. I appreciate that.
