Left here feeling like a lower lifeform, quite rude, the lady at the counter told me to come in over the phone, when i got there she was talking to her friend and didnt even acknowledge my existence, the younger man took one look at me and obviously assumed I couldnt have anything of value and tret me as such, would not recommend if you dont look like you have a net worth of atleast a million dollars
I do not recommend this service at all. I took my chain in for repair because it had broken at the connection between the pendant and the chain. The manager assured me that the repair wouldn’t take long. However, it ended up taking more than a month, and the chain was only repaired after I called twice - first after three weeks and then again two weeks later.
