We started off with a phone call to Broadleaf and found an amazing sales person. Charlie went above and beyond with showing us the lot and the houses available. We signed the contract site unseen and made the right choice with everything he showed us. We flew out to Arizona and met Charlie in person and he could not have been more on the money with the location and the lot.
