After much deliberation we decided to buy our next caravan from Broadlane Leisure. We have no regrets; they had a great selection of vans to choose from and provided us with a very professional service. I would recommend that you pay Broadlane a visit if you are thinking if buying a new or used caravan or motor home.
A lovely family run business. I would recommend buying from them. Whether it’s your first or one of many purchases over the years. Support is excellent. We bought our first van in September and inevitably had problems. Both have been immediately addressed and at no point have we felt deserted.
We have had to chase at every level and step to have our Motorhome warranty adhered to … these people are friendly but it feels like a bit of a front by the way we are and have been treated. They also said they had fixed a leak when we found in fact it was still there. Really sad sorry state of affairs
I've held off writing this review as I wanted to give them a chance to rectify the fault on the fridge in our motorhome but alas, months of chasing, calls not returned and a warranty now expired reveals a weaker side to the customer service. When we purchased the 6 year old van from them in 2022 it came with a 1 year warranty policy.
