I reached out to Broadhurst for a few projects we've got for our landscaping and our patio. Dwayne came out, took a look around, gave suggestions and got an estimate to me very quickly. That seems like a given, but we've had contractors come out and simply not follow through on providing an estimate or even a contract, so right away I'm impressed even before the work has begun.
