Well I can not put into words the visit I've just had at this dentist. I needed a complete overall and planned treatment of my teeth. The lovely dental nurse Beth got me an appointment as a nhs patient. The building is clean bright and lots of car spaces. The staff from walking in where so lovely ( I'm nervous of the dentist due to past incidents) Then I went in to the fabulous Tom and his dental nurse sorry didn't get your name. Me and my children are registered with this practice. Recently my daughter had a problem Rang the dentist late afternoon for emergency appointment the receptionist’s chennell &roxanne were absolutely fantastic arrange for us to come in the same day gave the dentist we saw was very understanding listened to my concerns and treated my daughter best to his ability explained everything. my daughter was so nervous but he talked her through everything that he was doing at the end prescribed her antibiotics. They do not provide text reminders to patients for upcoming appointments. Many NHS providers offer this facility, I really don’t understand why they don’t to avoid missed appointments. People are extremely busy in today’s society and it is very easy to forget results in possibly losing your dentist altogether. Your reply to my feedback is a complete lie.
