I am unable to download the latest version of VMWare Workstation due to a pending account verification, despite having purchased multiple licenses. My support requests over the past month have gone unanswered. The support bot confirms my account is active but cannot assist, and I receive a “token is missing” error when trying to open a case. It is frustrating. VMWare was much better that Broadcom now.
