I was behind one of their trucks in the sunset Beach Madeira Beach area of Florida Oct 19th. I guess they were down here because of the hurricane. They were speeding along Gulf boulevard with their diesel truck spewing the exhaust modified on purpose I'm sure. At least 50 in a 35. People still do not have electricity and their windows open and have to smell and this while they take advantage of our local roads. Shameful.
After experiencing a basement flood due to Warren's storm sewer backup Friday, I reached out to this company for an estimate. A handful of reps called my phone and left messages, and the last call I was able to answer. The rep listened to me tell them what the situation was and my request for a quote for drying out and sanitizing the space. They put me on a lengthy hold, came back on the line, and told me that they can't provide those types of services. I have been in the restoration business for years. Chuck and his team are truly committed to the restoration business. I have had numerous discussions with Charles, and it is great to know he has taken so much time to build his company driven to serve the community and their customers' complete satisfaction. They are probably more suited for commercial large loss, but they have great residential support teams as well.
