I completely recommend Broadco for any restoration services. Bill was extremely knowledgeable on how to identify the source of water damages. He was very professional and maintained constant communication with me throughout the entire process. His team was meticulous about keeping the restoration areas contained while mitigating additional damages. It’s a service you hope to never need, but I would 100% trust Broadco for any restoration and demo work in the future.
While on vacation in Florida, we had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom down to the eating area in the kitchen and then to the basement. Bill Emerick and his crew of Zack, Alex and Sergio came to handle all the cleanup and demolition of the damaged areas. I cannot say enough how well this group did. Bill,Alex,Sergio,Zach, Brenda, Leslie were at your home, then Ryan to plan for the remodel. Great, effectice team to perform all facets of a majorvwater damage mitigation in one day. Antimicrobial spray on the studs. Weekend of six large dryer blowers and two giant, calibrated dehumidifiers. Within a few hours after the Broadco team completed mitigation, the room began to smell and feel a lot better.
