- worst service over the phone, 85 year old patient asked for repeated prescription over the phone and receptionist told to request via online on website or make the appointment for next week while he runs out from medication. (no empathy for elderly clients).

I highly recommend Broadbeach Medical Centre. My doctor is Peter Chitti, and I’ve always had a very good experience with him. He is professional, kind, and takes the time to listen carefully. The clinic is very punctual – I almost never had to wait, and when I did, it was only a few minutes. The staff are also friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience smooth. Overall, I’m very satisfied and I definitely recommend this medical centre.
