Great location & the gym is very serviceable, although smallish so equipment is pretty jam packed although there is a good selection for the space. There’s a small outdoor pool + spa, small indoor pool & steam room. Facilities are good, it’s just tired & desperately needs a good clean. The changing rooms were feral with clumps of hair on the shower floor. The steam room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a decade - the white benches were filthy & the walls are stained green. Excellent little health club tucked away in the bush near the beach. The gym is fabulous with new equipment and spotless. The pool albeit small (12.5 mtrs long) is heated and great for the usual aquatic exercises. I swim laps and when it's busy the staff will make a lane for me to fulfil my needs. For $10 weekly for off peak (10am - 4pm) membership who could complain? The steam room is terrific as is the outside pool and jacuzzi. Greg Dodd.
