This small ISP is accomplishing some much larger others have not been able to do. Currently working to provide fiber to the home. Can't wait!
My internet was down Tuesday night, so I tryed calling there Wednesday morning but it said not available, so sent Facebook message and of course haven't heard back from them, internet came back not to long after that, I just would like to know why there is so many problems is it on your end or mine.
Trying to do my business online but this service makes it nearly impossible. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never answers or returns phone calls. Doesn't care about customers at all. When you finally do hear from them they make up every excuse possible as to why the internet wasn't working and wont adjust your bill. Dishonest company.
