I started taking my car here on the recommendation of two of my friends when other shops were ghosting me and turning me away because they don't want to work on a BMW. (For example, I have a differential shop two blocks from my house that refused to work on it because "they weren't set up for it." What do you mean you're not set up for this service that you specialize in? It's even in the name of your shop!) Other shops were unwilling to take on the timing chain replacement on my Porsche cayenne turbo—they weren’t. Took their time, kept me informed, and did an excellent job!
Very satisfying on performance and Communication I strongly recommend this place. The employees are very informative and very patient.
These folks are very thorough and conscientious. Great work.
Once again the team at Broadstroke worked their magic. There was a major electrical failure with many faults registered. This was due to a battery that failed. They replaced the battery, replaced a window switch/motor that failed and cleared all faults. They also replaced the front brakes and the cabin filter. Broadstroke has been servicing the car since 2015. Thanks guys.
