I brought my vehicle in after the dealership recommended rear brakes. I hadn’t experienced any issues (squeaking, pulsating, etc) but I’d rather give my business to an independent outfit that I’ve used in the past and trusted (Broadstroke). Parker and the team at Broadstroke on Hwy 9 were great. They took the time to fully explain things, document all work with photos/videos, and even show me first hand how to check something myself that I needed to monitor over time on our X3 M Competition. They went above and beyond and gave me peace of mind after fully inspecting and testing a major issue that BMW Seattle failed to check and warn me about during my last service appointment.
