3 hrs of phoning back because I keep getting put on hold and hung up on. More than 15 minutes at a time. Trying to book an appointment with this place is HORRIBLE. Sit for 15 minutes, get a person, they ask to you hold and they HANG UP on you!!! It is now 11am and I've been trying to get ahold of SOMEBODY since 8:00. "Your call will be answered within 5 minutes" I think your wait times on the phone need to be updated because it's now been 15 minutes. AGAIN
Tried to have a wart treated four times- they refused to use liquid nitrogen and instead kept using dry ice- then the balding little redheaded doctor insulted me
This five-star review is for the amazing Dr. Kariko. She is kind, professional, and truly cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent care. I really appreciate her dedication and compassionate approach. Thank you, Dr. Kariko, for your outstanding service. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent doctor.
My previous experiences with the doctors at this clinic were fantastic, until I met Dr. Curtis. He’s incredibly rude! I’m out of words. I thought doctors were supposed to be people-oriented? If you need to see a doctor, please avoid him at all costs. He will make you regret waiting for an hour just to get 5 minutes of pure garbage treatment.
