Used to be such a great office 8 years ago. Now its a joke. They cant keep appointment times and they sure the heck do not follow up on important results. Someone close to me has been waiting for a phone call for the past 2 days and have reception has excuses.. blames other staff. Get your professionalism together. This is people's health on the line. IMPORTANT.
Changed physicians to Dr. Shafiei. What a breath of fresh air. Professional and little wait time, even as a walk-in!
Also as of this review no masks are required. I was a walk in was seated waiting for 21 minutes
The recepionist is very rude, whn i called them. they dont have any telephonic sense and don't know minimum basic manners on how to talk to a patient who called for appointment booking
