I think even one star is too generous for this doctor. I visited the clinic today, and Dr. Curtis was extremely rude to my children. I feel sorry for this clinic to have him as a doctor. The first thing he needs to learn is how to treat patients — especially children — with respect and kindness. His attitude was unacceptable.
Reception wasn’t nice at all, and understandable if it’s been very busy but you should be inviting instead of being irritated behind the desk. People come here expecting to be treated medically but they just get Mr.grouch. Fortunately, the wait wasn’t that long but thinking about the other patients, there should be a line or number set up. Been sitting here 1.5 hours and they keep letting everyone else in first. Terrible service avoid this place
