The staff at this auto repair shop are extremely incompetent, and their service attitude is terrible. I spent a significant amount of money on repairs, yet they failed to fix my car. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop to save yourselves from being scammed.
I worked with them, and some of the staff had a good, understanding attitude. But when I came in, some took two days without working on the car. They gave me a price, I told them to proceed, and later when I called, they said they hadn’t even started. They kept delaying. Their attitude was cold, and they didn’t care. They told me a date to finish, but on that day, they admitted they hadn’t even touched the car, despite me telling them to do it.
