I have been a patient of Hudson Headwaters for over 11 years now.When the clinic is full of patients and you have to wait longer than you want.You won't be waiting 6-12 hours or more like you would going to a hospital emergency room.I have had nothing but,positive experiences at the Broad Street clinic.The clinic staff are attentive and concerning of your issues.During flu season or pandemics such as COVID you have to ready yourself for a possible longer than you want waiting period to be seen.That's life,no need to complain... read more

I have never been treatd so badly at this place before. I will absolutely reconsider a new place to go after today's experience. I was talked down to like a 10 year old child by Robert Finch who says "your 26 years old, you need to read every label, whether they have switched your procdeupr or not" the last time this had happened I ended up in hypertension having a mini stroke due to the fact I was out of medication. His response was "Well if you feel any type of way you can just go to the emergency room" I'm not an addict a... read more

I had a great experience at this physicians office. I called the office, set up and appointment, and was seen the same day! The staff were friendly and checked me in very quickly. I was seen by Dr. Osborn within 5-10 minutes of walking in the front door. Dr. Osborn took time to make a personal connection with me and I would recommend him and this office to anyone.
