I have had problems with my ESB / Debit card which I been paying auto pay each month out of the last four months! I had to replace my debit card three times because of fraud and charges made on my account! Now all the charges against my debit card are in process to be reviewed! Charges of over $500 dollars had to be investagated! Back in July I went to the Golden Nozzle in westspringfield Ma. On Rt 20 and my tires and rims were damaged due to the attendant not properly guiding me in correctly. After filling out a report I met with the manager and he denied responsibility of the attendant even though there are no cameras in effect. Both my drivers side tires and rims are damaged from this car wash. Nothing has been done about it since and im beginning to take legal action for the damage cause on my vehical since it has been months and nothing has happ... read more
