I’ve never ever set foot in this location, however: my psychiatrist had to source one of my meds from them instead of my usual pharmacy. Not only are they extremely friendly on the phone (they always call to confirm the address and prescription name), but they deliver it to my home FOR FREE in one day. This morning (a Saturday), my prescription was dropped off along with a ring of the bell, a text message showing the bag at my door, and a courtesy phone call to confirm delivery. That’s the reason this is a 5 star review.
They have terrible customer service don’t bother going in go to Walgreens. Go anywhere else just don’t go here.
They continuously send someone else’s medication to my home. I live on the opposite side of Jersey. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. This is the third time I’m receiving a patients medication that doesn’t belong to me. They have no regard for their patients health or life.
We love them. They have gone out of their way to help us source our children’s meds that seem to always be in a shortage. We like them so much we switched from CVS for my husband and myself as well.
My experience with this pharmacy was beyond unpleasant..Someone named JOYCE called me to advise that my prescription was ready & she needed payment.. NP.. About 2 hours later she called back to say the expiration date on the CC was expired.. So I questioned what CC number did she put in? What date did she have ? (Because I knew it was expired) she advised me she could no longer see either..
