Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered a sectional and 1 month later, I have yet to receive all the pieces. Had to send first piece back and they said they would send a new one. Instead, in a very deceitful manner, fixed the tear and sent it back with other issues. Orlanda is not a truthful person, so avoid dealing with her if possible!!!!! Also left several message with the the "Director" of customer care and she keeps having other people to call me
This is a phenomenal organization for many reasons. I have seen them give back to their community many times. Beds for Kids, Food Drives Event, etc.... BroadRiver truly cares about their customers & employees. They also have the fresh merchandise for almost any consumer!!
I ordered a mattress and recliner in December. Received wrong mattress and had to wait close to a month to receive right one. Received billing statement and was charged for returned mattress. Went to Ashley store in Raleigh, NC for assistance with correcting my statement. They sent a request for correction of my bill January 20, January 24 and March 3, 2015 to the Corporate office in Charlotte and as of this date, no resolution.
