Excellent shop - Thank you for correcting/revising the repair work I had done by another body shop in town that left my car not correct. Broad River Paint & Body was able to fix the other shop's mistakes. I will use this shop in the future if the need arises. Thanks again.
I'm sharing my experience as I based my selection of Broad River Paint & Body Shop for my repairs on online reviews as well as a few personal recommendations. Note that my repair was completed 2 months ago (final repair on 2/11/12026). As background, I had a dead tree approximately 8-10" diameter fall on my vehicle and needed repairs to a number of body panels including the roof (most damage) with the original estimate at approximately $4.5K (not in an accident). Vehicle was involved in an accident. The accident was not my fault. Broad River was easy to work with and very polite. The work done is very good. My issue is that in order to get updates I had to call them every time. No one ever called me or text me about my repairs. I did get one email that told me I could expect my car to be ready either Wednesday or Thursday but nothing else until I called and asked when I could pick it up on late Thursday afternoon
