If I could give zero stars, I would. This clinic can’t even manage the most basic task of sending a prescription. I was told twice over the phone that my script had been sent — both times, nothing. I wasted hours chasing their mistakes, and when I gave them clear, repeated instructions on where to send it, they still couldn’t get it right. The level of incompetence here is actually shocking. Absolute disaster of a clinic. Incompetent staff, careless service, and a total waste of time. Avoid at all costs.
If you enjoy wasting your time, being ignored, and dealing with staff who make simple tasks look impossible — this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
Terrible service, rude staff, and zero competence. Completely useless — would not recommend to anyone.
Dr Huda is very caring. I have been seeing him for past 7 years since he started working at Broad Oak Medical and Dental. All my family loves him.
