Very good medical centre with excellent doctors on board. I usually visit Dr. Humayun and Dr. Karan. Both are highly professional, listen to your concerns very carefully, and never make you feel rushed.Highly recommended.
Excellent experience at Broad Oak Clinic, Cranbourne with Dr Shahroze Khan. He is empathetic, professional, and takes the time to genuinely listen without making appointments feel rushed. Dr Khan explains things clearly and makes patients feel comfortable and well cared for. The clinic is also very efficient, with minimal waiting times. Highly recommend.
I cannot thank Dr. Karan Singhal enough for the care, professionalism, and support he has given me. I was struggling with severe pain in my neck and the entire right side of my body, and from the very beginning he treated me with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. I had really bad experience with Dr Humayun Muazam. I never recommend this person to anyone .
We are really disappointed with our experience with Dr Humayun Muazam. We had an appointment at 11:30am for my little one. While waiting, we saw the doctor leave with a lunch box, and when I asked the receptionist, she said she had tried calling him but he did not respond. We waited until 12:00pm, and even after the doctor returned, we were still not called in. In the end, we decided to cancel the appointment.
