It was easy to make an appointment for my cat, even on a Saturday. I was seen promptly. Although she is a brave cat in all other respects after a previous incident at the vets she is extremely nervous and gets very upset at her vet visits. Monique was calm and gentle with her and she was just fine. Full marks.
Staff and vets are so friendly. My dog Dolly had an operation and they looked after her so well. I'm so thankful. Mabel also had operation and she was also very well looked after. Both are well and on the mend doing fine. Thankyou to everyone involved in their care. Xxx
I always find all the staff, from the receptionists to the vets themselves really friendly and helpful. making appointments is easy, both over the phone and online and I've even used their recommended video vets service recently and was pleased with that too. I have a bit of a vets-nervous dog and they always do their best to take their time and are super kind to him.
Have only visited a couple of times but found everything very good. Helpful staff n the phone and in person
