I would absolutely recommend Broad Lane Vets. The team that work there are all super friendly and go out of their way to look after our somewhat difficult Yorkie.
I always find all the staff, from the receptionists to the vets themselves really friendly and helpful. Making appointments is easy, both over the phone and online and I've even used their recommended video vets service recently and was pleased with that too. I have been to the vets with my dog 3 times recently (for different reasons), he's quite nervous of the vets and they have always been kind to him. Our most recent visit, we saw Ali - she was fab!!
