Been a member for almost a year. Today I forgot my towel. I’ve gotten towels before, and was unaware such an asinine policy even existed. But the lady on duty at 430 on June 17th would not give me a towel. And here’s the kicker… I had my $399 annual renewal check in hand. Which is now torn up and in the garbage. Goodbye.
This rec center has equipment that makes unholy noise from 10pm until late every night so far this week. Whatever equipment is running needs to be fixed. It is horrible to keep people from being able to sleep. Fix it and I will remove this negative review.
