I'm the manager this person RA is referring to. We have 3 speed signs that are 10 MPH, so is not 5, I think this RA used to drive in the park maybe 30 MPH or more. The park does have driveways not street, so for everyone safety, slow speed is a must. It's not fair that this person RA is assuming that everybody is unhappy living here, I implemented the rules they all signed when came to live here and it's their problem if they don't follow simple rules like drive slow, clean up your space, respect your neighbors privacy.
