Went to unhook mother-in-law’s old washing machine and the water valves were corroded inside and could not be moved. There was a Brotech truck parked a few doors down and my wife went to ask if there was any way he could help us out as a new washing machine was arriving the next day and taking away the old one. Brent came over once he had finished at the neighbor’s place and in less than an hour he had changed the valves and helped us pull out the old machine. Took care of my furnace outage in the best manner possible. Reception was congenial and understanding. Phil's service was professional and amicable all the way.
