I bought a van back in February 2024 from there & they said there wasn't an issue that it was driven from Wooster to Cleveland daily, well the back tires ended up on the driver's side still attached. I have the picture, they did not keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle while it was in their possession. $2100 down the drain after the car broke with my kids in the car. Very shady dealer, avoid at all costs. Uses several cell phones, and doesn't answer any of them. You can't leave a message because they have it turned off. Never seen a business avoid talking to customers like they do. Wants to meet at a public location that isn't their lot, why? If you have a license and lot, you should be proud to show a car there. Is now in Wooster unfortunately. Went to look at a car ,had appointment time . Josh Gray changed it to an hour later and we agreed to that . We drove an hour to see the car and when we got there , car wasn't there! First , he said his helpers were driving it back from the auction and they stopped to eat . Back in 15 minutes . We waited another 45 minutes . His brother said trailor had a flat . Conflicting stories . Wasted our time and gas .We left and from reviews , we avoided a terrible business.
