SCAM ALERT! Signed up and paid my first month’s premium on 12-15-22. They took my money and the provided ZERO services. They don’t respond to emails nor do they ever answer their phone. To make things even worse, I’m not even in their system yet. 32 days and counting. I’m still unable to utilize my insurance. I don’t even have an ID NUMBER. ☹️
