🪳🪳🪳🪳 Did not provide the nail set I was asking for, even after providing pictures. Maybe the technician didn't know what stiletto tips mean. But the best part 🤮🤢🫩 Roaches started crawling up my legs while I was sitting in this salon, I started to freak out and asked for my hands or for her to get the roaches off my legs. I walked in on 10/10/2025 with a picture of a design for my nails. I asked if anyone could duplicate it. The man at the reception counter walked over to the older woman sitting at the first station, showed the picture, and after a little conversation, agreed that it could be done. I informed them that, I'd like to schedule it for the 11th at 11:30, because I was in town on business and would return the following day. The man wrote my name in and confirmed the 11:30. I have been to a few nail parlors in town but BRJ has been the best. So clean, so polite, and professional communication. They really take their time for the client. Incredible experience and very reasonably priced.

if i could rate this 0 stars i would. came in for a replacement nail that took an hour for them to do because i kept getting skipped even when i called. they were rude and didn’t acknowledge me. and the replacement nail looks NOTHING like the rest of my set…
