I have been to a few nail parlors in town but BRJ has been the best. So clean, so polite, and professional communication. They really take their time for the client. Incredible experience and very reasonably priced.

if i could rate this 0 stars i would. came in for a replacement nail that took an hour for them to do because i kept getting skipped even when i called. they were rude and didn’t acknowledge me. and the replacement nail looks NOTHING like the rest of my set…

It was my first time here, and Tracy did a good job on my pedicure! I’m giving 3 stars because I had an 11:00 appointment (I got there at 10:45) and didn’t get started on until 11:50… I’m not sure if they were more short staffed than normal or if they took too many walk-ins before my appointment time, but I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes at any other nail salon, therefore, it was not a great first impression. Don’t bother to make an appointment!!!!! Then they ignore you and take a walk in.
