No idea how good their landscaping is but by all accounts seems reasonable. Rating is for the hidden 'Consult' cost approaching $1k to even look at something even if a quote is all that is required for replacement work (with photos showing), not a 'Consult' - and that is for 1hr maximum. They really should be upfront in their online ad and early email comms that they don't get out of bed for you unless they see the $$$. All $880 7 days before the 'Consult' and $55 if you cancel. From the initial on site consultation with Malcolm, to the project completion was a smooth, well organised and professional experience. Malcolm’s design was very modern and functional, that modernised and future proofed my house, giving it so much more street appeal, as well as suiting my needs. Booked in for a consult noting an upcoming pool reno. Paid $660 for a consultation. Took multiple follow ups and three months from consult with designer Jason and director Malcom to receive the quote. Quote was five times the budget discussed at the consultation and got nowhere trying to discuss different options for the quote. After all that time pool reno had started and was left in limbo. Brizscapes are very easy to work with. The only landscaping business that actually answered the phone and didnt need to be chased. We are very happy with our new outdoor spaces, they have been completely transformed. Would definitely recommend them.
