I keep meaning to come do this. I went here in 2017 when I lived in Virginia Beach as my first CrossFit experience. boy was I spoiled! I have since moved north and tried several CrossFit boxes, and not one has compared to the excellence at unparalleled. the coaches were literally 10x any other coach I have experienced since. they are attentive, personal, educated and experienced. they won't let you get hurt but they will push you to your max. if you live in VA beach this is the place. don't take it for granted!
This gym has your back and will get you to exceeding your fitness goals. You will feel great in no time!
