All of the reviews listed are factually accurate. Landlord leased a space that was out of code structurally and refused to fix it even though they said the space was move in ready.
Worst company to deal with. Once they have you locked in on a lease they treat you like garbage. They always find excuses and threaten to raise your rent. Stay away if you can and if you can’t have an attorney on retainer.
Unorganized, bullies, and heartless, worst landlords I ever done business with in 45 years in business. Please be vigilant.
This company deserved a negative rating. The staff is very difficult to get a hold of and even more difficult to work with. Brixmor encourage lower green house gas emission, so they don't turn on the parking lot lights until well after dark. We have a couple of near miss in the parking lot because drivers can't see the pedestrians.
If I could give a negative rating I would! This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They lie, they fix nothing, and they could careless about their clientele! If you're looking for commercial space I highly advise staying away from Brixmor!
I would give this a 0 star rating if it were possible. Worse company to work with. WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING FROM THEM.
I work for a construction company hired to remodel for a new leasee. Brixmor rep is rude and unhelpful.
The worst company to deal with as well. I totally agree . They treat their lessor like secong class people. Eventhough my space stayed vacant for over a year before my lease terminated and promised to get a replacement they did nothing to try to lease it and after the lease termination 6 months ago I am still waiting for our deposit to be refunded. I agree with the review from Mark N. They lie every chance they get and do not care about you except to get the rent money nothing else.
In my 38yrs in Real Estate across the world and having dealt with some of the largest organisations to the smallest investors - THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST experience, I have ever had. I would NEVER rent ANY property owned or managed by them. I would NEVER invest in them because over 75% of their properties SIT VACANT. They are horrible lying, cheating, unprofessional people who are not interested in even meeting to discuss a problem, they ignore calls and emails - it starts from the CEO and goes right down to the agents ... read more
