Evelyn makes the best drinks! Always something new on the menu.
The food is fine, but my 5 stars is for Molly. She’s a one woman show acting as the host, waitress, bartender, busser—all while being speedy, friendly and attentive. Give her a raise, seriously.
My wife and I split a chopped salad. I usually don't expect too much from a salad but the freshness and flavor was excellent. Based on the amount of time it took to eat I got way more than I expected! We both had the chefs catch with red pepper chili rub, roasted broccoli and I the pepper cream gnocchi. Exceptional food and service! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. We enjoyed it so much that we came back the very next day! Definitely a new favorite, and we can’t wait to return again. Thanks Brix staff, you guys are doing everything right.
