We were so relieved that our train was on time, so we made it to Rutland before Brix Bistro closed for the night! It was a very short walk from the train station. Can't say enough good things about the Governor's Cheddar and Wild Boar Salami charcuterie board. It came with honey, mustard, and garlic herb crisps that paired perfectly with the meat and cheese. We really enjoyed our experience! The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the staff genuinely cared about how we felt throughout the dinner. Their specials were a highlight, each dish felt unique and thoughtfully crafted.
