Great experience checking the van back in by Chloe and Deb. The van itself was fantastic, clean and pretty new. Overall would recommend!
We had some issues with our van (like a cupboard which had fallen down had we not had duct tape to hold it up with) which were solved half way through the five week long rental period. The van was simply not checked before handed out. Even if we feel the team in Broome handled our issues in a professional way the compensation we got did not at all match the problems caused by the poor hand out.
We had 8 days to explore the national parks surrounding Darwin and wanted a vehicle that would be spacious, easy to drive and park, and had everything needed for sleeping and cooking. The voyager 4 berth was perfect for us, especially for my partner who likes space when she sleeps. Vehicle pick up and drop off was a breeze thanks to Maria, especially as we opted for extra cover and the refuelling pack.
