First of all, best service from Josefa. She has been very helpful and hardworking. She helped me find a lost item (Papa Fresca) in the Caravan which was something that meant alot to me. After we dropped off the campervan, she drove us to airport on a rainy afternoon. So my partner and I are very grateful to her for being such a wonderful staff. It was a rather fast process for checking in and out from Christchurch to Queenstown.
