Our customer service rep, Ann, was super helpful! Upon arrival she was very friendly and showed us through the paperwork and the ins and outs of our Maui vehicle. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade due to it being our honeymoon. During the showcase of the vehicle, Ann identified an issue and called the engineer over straight away to resolve it. Excellent service. Van was smart,clean and comfortable. Really friendly staff. Dana made sure we were comfortable with everything in the van before we headed out on our adventure. Drop off was super easy too. Will definitely be using them again. A lovely bunch ☺️. Thanks a million.
I would like to express my gratitude to Ann for kind and warm reception at the Queenstown depot. I was in to drop off a relocation vehicle from Christchurch and Ann was very kind and seamless with going through the drop off procedures. She even said thank you for returning the vehicle very clean which I appreciated the gesture.
