Downe was really respectful and helpful, and he gave us some tips on where to go in Cairns today. I had a great time renting a motorhome from Britz, and I'll definitely do it again.
We hired a motorhome for 7 days, with our flight scheduled to arrive at 3:55 PM. Unfortunately, we were informed that the rental office closed at 3:30 PM and that no arrangements could be made for us to collect the vehicle that same day. As a result, we were forced to book and pay for a hotel in Cairns for the night. Despite this inconvenience, the company refused to refund us for the missed night of the rental.
