We hired an Apollo Hitop (from THL) to do an East Coast tour from Cairns to Brisbane. In the middle of our trip, in Hervey Bay, we got stuck. At first, the assistance seemed helpful by calling a road service, but they told us that the car was unsafe to drive due to a transmission problem. We then called the company back to ask about our options, but they didn’t offer us any. The only thing they said was that we had to wait. Extremely disappointing experience. The manager was rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. We had a signed agreement to pick up the car at 10 AM, but upon arrival, the vehicle wasn’t ready. When we raised our concerns, the manager responded aggressively, raising her voice. She then falsely accused us of being confrontational and abruptly cancelled our booking. This forced us to change our plans and rearrange our entire trip. Would strongly advise against using this company.
