Jordan is a true professional and master of his craft. We contacted Jordan based on his Facebook Page and some of the photos and reviews and boy are we so glad we did. He is very easy to work with and has an ability to see a project like a blank canvas and add his artistic flair. He took on our job, out of state, without actually seeing the place he was going to be working on. He was given some pretty raw videos we took and put together a very competitive bid. I cannot say enough positive things about Jordan at Britton Wood Company. Since last summer, I have had Jordan back a number of times for new projects. Not only is he patient with all my questions, Jordan has consistently transformed my inspiration ideas into feature pieces for each room he works in with kindness and good communication. I have already recommended Jordan to my friends and would do so to anyone reading this review!

Jordan was the consummate professional, even asking my opinion with regard to each step of the installation. Two qualities I greatly admire were his promptness (even arriving early) and his responsiveness to my texts/phone calls. He was very thorough with his workmanship as well as his cleanup of the job site afterwards. I could not be any more pleased with the final product!

I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process of working with Britton Wood Co. to design shelves and a new mantle for our home. Jordan patiently worked with me as I hashed out my ideas for the project. He kept me in the loop (with pictures) as the pieces of wood went from rough lumber to gorgeous statement pieces in our home.
