Hired to install fridge and replace shower head. (1) Shower Fixture- Cartridge Replacement $499.00 Includes 1 trip to remove existing cartridge and locate parts. Charged the full price although all they did was remove the hardware and realized they couldnt replace it. I was advised I would only be charged for labor. The plumber spent a total of 2 hours at my home. 30 minutes on shower head. Total $706.35 . Cordell and Carlos were wonderful and patient as they replaced our water heater and dealt with issues with our manufacturer warranty. They arrived early and finished quickly. The technician was to repair a new non-working water heater. He spent over 2 hours in the laundry room and came out saying he couldn't repair because his master plumber said he couldn't. There are 4 parts to a water heater that would need repair/replacement. These parts are located under 2 cover plates and cab be accessed in 5 minutes or less, and then be assessed in 10 minutes or less. I'm not sure where the other hour and forty five minutes went.
