Britton Waterworks is very professional and provided excellent service. The technicians arrived on time and answered all of my questions. The office staff was just as professional and provided awesome customer service and was very patient. Which is rare these days. I had several questions about installing a tankless water heater and each question was answered without any sign of annoyance or irritation. I look forward to working with Britton Waterworks for all my plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink had a deep clog and called Britton this Saturday morning. They scheduled us immediately for same day service. The gentlemen that came were very professional, courteous, and kind! Did a great job! They even seen us 5 hours earlier than originally scheduled time! Saved my life today! Thank you! We will definitely be returning!
