I had a wind-damaged tree and others that hadn't been pruned for years (decades?). Brody reviewed the job and provided a quote that did not change after the job was done. On the job, he took a careful, considered approach. He didn't just hack away, that's for sure. He checked with me regularly ensure that his approach was meshing with my objectives.
