I called AHS for a leaky pipe. I was assigned Britton Plumbing after poor experiences with His and Hers plumbing. I was told that the pipe was not leaking then I ran water and touched the pipe with my finger and the leak ensued. 10 min later he said it was fixed because it was loose. After a similar leak trusting the work. I called AHS again. The new plumber notified me that the gasket was upside down.

Another Choice Home Warranty dispatch here. Mr. Britton came out, looked around at our standpipe & stood in our yard for a total of 10 minutes and then said he’d need to get a truck. We asked him when he could come back because we cannot use our plumbing at all due to the drainage issue and he stated he had “a lot going on” and couldn’t tell us when he’d be able to work or what he thought the issue was. Choice Home Warranty sent Mr. Britton to our home to take care of a stoppage in our washer drain that was also causing water to back up in the kitchen sink. Mr. Britton was on time. Can't say much more than that. He removed the cap from the main clean out and literally just stood and looked at it for 5 - 8 minutes. He never went to the truck to retrieve a snake to even attempt to address the problem.
