I have been dealing with Britton Industries and Brad Salsburg for over 15 years. Britton is a great company and Brad is the best. I can't see myself using anyone else!
Employee watched me untarp my load and then pulled up after and said there was no way they’d let me dump here. All clean wood too, the way the guy said it was rude and unprofessional especially being said to a guy that’s been in a no A/C Cab all day in the summer. Place is huge though, just poor customer service.
Great business with top class products. The communication from the office to the delivery drivers is top notch.
Britton has been great for the 8+ years I have been working with them. Their representative, Brad Salsburg, has been professional, punctual, and personable the whole time. I have no problem recommending him. Thanks Brad!
