Ran into and over a huge puddle of water the other day when it poured down rain. 🌧 Hit it so hard and fast that it ripped my front undercarriage almost off and almost completely ripped out my rear undercarriage. 🚕 It was almost dragging so I duck taped it up and took it to Brittni's Automotive Repair shop! Such a wonderful experience! Her helper there, Hunter, got it back on with some major finagaling, new tabs, and screws and it's good as new! Thank yall so much. Brittni’s automotive easily gets a five star and if I could give the person behind the operation one hundred stars I would. Brittni and her entire team hold a high standard, they work with integrity and passion which in my opinion most diagnostic/repair shops in the area lack one or the other. I am very impressed with this shop’s demeanor. They earned my trust let them earn yours.
We have taken both of our trucks, a couple times each to Brittni’s. Ram 1500 (BIG Red) and Chevy She was honest, upfront and fixed them both super quick. She didn’t feed us any bull-told us what was wrong, what wasn’t a biggie and didn’t charge us 2 arms and a leg!!!! Go see her, you won’t regret it! Honest as the day is long. Pam/Steve B
I came in on a Wednesday afternoon because my check engine light turned on and they were able to do a diagnostics immediately to figure out the issue. They were so kind and answered all my questions, thanks again Hunter and Alex!
I was highly impressed by the thorough review and inspection of the vehicle. Took detailed photographs of the vehicle inside and out and made a list of things that needed repair and thing to be cautious about in future repairs, communication was excellent and professional. Their prices reflect their extensive knowledge and continued education on all types of cars.
