Really disappointed. Scheduled an appointment via text and showed up and waited 40 minutes. Reached out via text and call and no response. Receptionist at salon tried to help as well and no response. Was looking forward to appointment but have not heard anything from hair stylist. (Sat at studio until 10:45am in hopes she’d reach out).
