Dr J is amazing!! When I started going to her a few years ago, I hadn't been to a primary care doctor in many years. I was so nervous but thankfully wasn't met with judgment or a lecture, just a warm welcome. She always sits down and really explains to me everything that's going on. And she always listens if I have any concerns or questions. She really takes the time to go over everything. For the first time in my life I really look forward to going to the doctor. Dr J is an amazing doctor and a great person.
I do not recommend this doctor and Jennifer the office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you call and leave a vm to cancel your appointment they will drop you and blame you. I have a heart problem and high blood pressure.. find somewhere that cares about their patients.
We had a horrible experience with this doctor. My granddaughter has Type1, anxiety with trouble sleeping. I RESPECTFULLY questioned Dr. Jergovich on her recommended protocol for my granddaughters sleep problems. She wanted to put her on a strong sleeping pill! With the Type1 that can be very dangerous as she can drop low and it become life treating!! She needs to be alert to her alarms. I simply asked for a less potent pill. LOVE This office and all the workers, very thorough with my care plan and does what needs done, listens and gives exceptional feedback , explains how everything works and Helps you understand your body!
I was a patient, she just changed my antidepressant and I had an appointment 8 weeks later, unfortunately I was called into work and missed the appointment. I really liked and trusted her but the next day I received a dismissal notice from the missed appointment, my antidepressants where changed and will be out long before I can get a new doctor .
